SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
3/4 stick melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients in large bowl. Beat until smooth. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes in 9x13 pan.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. cornflake crumbs
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar

Combine ingredients and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake for 10 minutes.
