1 (#3) can tomatoes
1 (#3) can spinach
1 lg. onion, chopped
6 or 8 butter crackers, crumbled
Butter, enough to dot on top
1 c. grated cheese
Pepper and salt to taste

In a buttered baking dish line bottom with drained spinach, then tomatoes and chopped onion. Top with salt and pepper and grated cheese. Dot with butter and cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
