CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice 2 (2 1/2 lb.) fryers, cooked and boned 2 (16 oz.) cans French style green beans 1 c. mayonnaise 1 can cream of celery soup 1 med. onion, minced 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Paprika Cook rice, combine with next 7 ingredients. Spoon into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 10 to 12. |
