CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain rice
2 fryers, cooked, deboned & cut up
2 (16 oz.) cans French style green beans, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Cook rice according to package directions. Saute onion in small amount of butter until tender. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into lightly buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
