CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice mix
1/2 c. regular white rice
3 1/4 c. chicken stock

Mix together and cook as usual.

Mix together:

2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. diced onions
4 oz. jar pimento, cut up
1 can French style string beans
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Add to the rice mixture and mix well. Place in large casserole or 2 small ones. Bake 1 and freeze the other. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. Serves 10-12.
