BANANA SALAD 
5 to 7 bananas
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 egg
1 tsp. butter
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. crushed salted peanuts

Mix sugar and flour. Put in saucepan with egg, pineapple, butter, water and vanilla. Cook over very low heat as it will scorch easily. Cook and stir until thick. Let cool and chill. Slice bananas and pour pineapple mixture over them. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
