BANANA SALAD WITH MAYONNAISE 
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
Bananas
2 well beaten eggs
2/3 c. boiling water
1/3 c. sour cream

Mix all together except bananas and sour cream and cook over low heat until thickened. Stir constantly. Cool a bit, then add sour cream (milk may be used if you prefer).

Slice a layer of bananas into bowl, cover with mayonnaise then sprinkle generously with finely ground peanuts (red skin or Spanish). Repeat as often as you need always ending with peanuts on top.
