FRENCH MAYONNAISE SALAD DRESSING 
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice

In shaker mix oil, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Shake 7 or 8 times. Add lemon juice and shake well. Makes 3/4 cup.
