CRUNCHY PARMESAN CHICKEN 
3 oz. can French fried onions, crushed
3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine onion, cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk; coat with cheese mixture. Place in 11 3/4 by 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Pour butter over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. 4 servings.
