CHUNKY PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2-3 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine onion, cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk; coat with cheese mixture. Place in 11" x 7 1/2" baking dish. Pour butter over chicken; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. Serves 4 to 6.
