SALISBURY STEAK DELUXE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish. Blend well and set aside. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup soup mixture. Shape into 6-8 patties, brown in skillet. Drain drippings from pan. Combine remaining soup mixture, 1/2 cup water and parsley. Pour over patties. Cook over low heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Followed this recipe exactly and it was the best Salisbury Steak I've ever made and the only way I will make it in the future. I love horseradish, but you really pick that flavor out, it just adds a depth to the hamburger.

I've been using this recipe for years and it's a favorite in our family. I usually don't have horseradish on hand so I just add a heaping tablespoon of horseradish mustard. I also add a tablespoon of dry onion soup mix to the meat mixture too. Great flavors that's for sure. I serve it with mashed potatoes, if I have any extra patties we have them the next day on hamburger buns with the gravy ! Awesome !!
