SALISBURY STEAK 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 egg
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk (use mushroom soup can)

Mix together and shape into small loaves; brown. Place in baking pan and cover with mushroom soup mixture (1 can plus 1/2 can milk). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
