BROCCOLI PUFF | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli 1 c. Bisquick 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (approx. 4 oz.) Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into casserole. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour. Corn or spinach may be substituted for broccoli. Serves 6. |
