RICE PUDDING 
1 qt. milk plus 1 c.
2/3 c. rice
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. evaporated milk

Mix above ingredients together in 3 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Pudding is runny, thickens as it sits.
