SIMPLE HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen shredded hash browns (Save-a-Lot's work best)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
shredded sharp cheddar cheese (Kraft)
real bacon bits (Hormel)

In large mixing bowl, combine shredded hash browns, cream of chicken soup, condensed cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix together until hash browns are coated evenly. Spread mixture into casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until center of casserole is hot and cheese is browned. Enjoy!
