ORIENTAL CABBAGE CRUNCH SALAD 
2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed
1/4 to 1 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. sunflower or sesame seeds
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded fine
1/2 c. chopped green onions

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 to 3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Dressing can be heated with onions and season packet from noodles, then refrigerated or just combine, shake well and refrigerate. Just before serving combine cabbage with dressing and noodles, almonds and seeds that have been sauteed in 1/2 cup butter. Recipe serves 16 people.
