ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. cabbage slaw mix
1 bunch green table onions
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. cashew or slivered almonds
2 pkgs. chicken Ramen soup mix
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sunflower seeds

In a large bowl, mix together cabbage slaw mix, the uncooked noodles from the soup mix (which have been broken up into small pieces), and the table onions (which have been diced).

To make the dressing, mix the sugar, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar and packets of dry soup mix together. Pour the dressing over the salad about 2 hours before serving. Ad the sunflower nuts and cashews or almonds just before serving. 8 to 10 servings.
