BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 c. potato chips

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Put in a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Spread cheese on top. Crumble chips on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
