BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. chopped boiled chicken
2 c. celery
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 c. potato chips

Mix all ingredients saving some cheese and chips for top. Pour into casserole dish greased with butter. Top with remaining chips and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown.
