CROCK-POT KALE SOUP 
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes (Hunts)
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
3 or 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
3 or 4 carrots, peeled and diced
3 beef of chicken bouillon cubes (dissolved in a small amount of boiling water)
12 oz. beef Polska kielbasa
salt and pepper, to taste
as much kale as you like or you can fit in the pot!

Put everything in the Crock-Pot and cook on LOW for 8 hours or put everything in the pot except the Kale and cook on HIGH for 5 hours or until veggies are tender crisp. Then add kale and cook on LOW until done.
