REFRIGERATOR CUCUMBER PICKLES 
1/3 c. salt
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. vinegar

Cucumbers
Onions
1 green pepper
1 sm. jar pimentos

Thinly slice cucumbers, onions and green pepper in an ice cream pail. Add pimentos. Pour brine over all and stir gently. Place lid on pail and refrigerate. They are ready to eat in 48 hours. Keeps indefinitely.
