PORK CHOPS IN SAUCE 
8 pork chops

SAUCE:

1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 c. water
1 bay leaf

Brown chops on both sides. Place in a casserole dish. Assemble sauce and pour over the pork chops. Cook in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot over noodles. Serves 8.
