PORK TENDERLOIN WITH MUSTARD SAUCE | |
1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. bourbon 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 1/2-3 lb. pork tenderloin SAUCE: 1/3 c. sour cream 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. dry mustard 2-3 chopped green onions Mix first 3 ingredients and marinade pork for several hours turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove pork from marinade. Bake 1 hour, basting occasionally. Carve into thin slices on the diagonal. Serve with sauce. |
