PERFECT PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING | |
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (Jif) 3 cups powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3 tbsp. milk Using an electric mixer, cream together the butter and peanut butter until well combined and smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Beat until a spreadable consistency is acquired. Use to frost cakes, cupcakes, brownies, or cookies. Note: You can adjust the milk and powdered sugar to make the frosting thinner or thicker. Submitted by: Carol |
