PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING 
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar

In bowl, cream peanut butter and butter together. Add vanilla and milk, mix well. Slowly add in the whole box of confectioners' sugar and stir very well.

Great on brownies and cakes. Any leftovers can be refrigerated. Taste wonderful eaten with a spoon. Has the consistency of soft fudge when chilled.
