ITALIAN DELIGHT 
2 med. onions, sliced and chopped
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1/2 to 1 lb. pork sausage
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can tomato soup
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce or 1 (16 oz.)
1 can black olives

Saute onions in oil; remove and saute ground beef or turkey and sausage. Boil 12 to 14 ounces wide noodles, not too soft. Drain; wash and dry. Add noodles and onions to meat. Add corn, tomato soup, tomato sauce, and olives.

Add salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, and garlic to taste. Also add some chili powder (crushed red pepper optional). Grate 1 1/2 pounds of cheese (mild and sharp cheddar); add a little to mixture and sprinkle rest on top. Heat for 1 hour or long enough to get piping hot at 325-350 degrees.
