ITALIAN DELIGHT 
3 lbs. sweet Italian sausage
5 or 6 med. potatoes, cut in quarter
4 or 5 peppers (med.)
4 or 5 zucchini
3 or 4 med. sweet onions (whole)
2 lbs. fresh mushrooms

Cut up all vegetables and put in oblong pan. Slice mushrooms; cut green peppers 2 in strips; potatoes cut in 1/2 and 1/2 again. When all finished, put Italian sausage on top. Do not prick the sausage. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Uncover and brown sausage.
