3 c. ground cooked ham 1 tsp. onion seasoning 1 tbsp. gourmet mustard 2 tbsp. pineapple syrup 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes 10 drained pineapple slices Mix ham, onion seasoning, mustard, syrup and egg; blend well. Form into 10 cone shaped patties. Roll each carefully in corn flakes and place on pineapple slice. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remove to serving platter. Can be served with a mushroom or white sauce. Serves 10. |
