BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. cooked rice
2/3 c. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
Onion flakes

Cook broccoli. Add butter to the cooked rice and melt. Add soup, cheese, milk and onion flakes. Bring to a simmer. Put all ingredients together in casserole, 1 1/2 quart and mix. Cook at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
