RICE AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. Minute Rice
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. chopped onion

Cook broccoli, cook rice. Add butter to broccoli. Stir in cheese, soup and rice. Bake in casserole dish for 15 minutes at 350. Let set 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
