BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. loaf Velveeta cheese, shredded or cubed small
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
3 c. cooked rice
1 bag (or 2 boxes) broccoli, thawed and drained

Saute onion and add cheese. Mix with soup and milk. Mix broccoli and rice in 9x13 pan; pour cheese sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Delicious!

Needs a little more soup as is somewhat dry... Also bland if you do not add something more... I put some shredded cheddar with it and some seasoning as well. With a little more cooks input it is a good recipe.
