CHICKEN BROCCOLI PIE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
2 c. well seasoned cooked rice
1 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. diced cooked broccoli
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. cracker crumbs

Blend soup and milk. Cover bottom and sides of greased pie plate with rice. Add layer of broccoli, chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour soup mixture over all. Combine cheese and crackers and sprinkle on top. Bake 20 minutes, 400 degrees until light and golden. 4 servings.
