ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
6 c. sliced, peeled zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onion

Cook onion and zucchini in fry pan 5 minutes or until tender. Combine 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1 cup sour cream, then fold in cooked zucchini. Combine 1/2 cup butter and 1 package Stove Top chicken dressing mix. Spread 1/2 dressing mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Spread zucchini mixture over dressing mixture. Top with remaining half of dressing mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
