PAUL'S PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. warm water
2 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt, oil, and sugar and mix well. Add flour and beat well. Knead dough a little. Let rise in covered bowl until doubled. Put in greased pan. Add your favorite sauce, cheese and toppings. Bake on top shelf of oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 to 425 degrees.
