NANCY'S PIZZA DOUGH 
5 c. flour
2 pkgs. yeast
2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
Olive oil

Place flour in a mixing bowl and pour yeast dissolved in the water into the flour. Knead until it becomes elastic. Add a splash of olive oil for flavor. Let rise until it doubles in size, punch down and cut into quarters. Enough for 4 pizza's.
