BAKED SPARERIBS ALOHA 
3 lbs. lean spareribs
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
1 (2 lb.) can pineapple tidbits & syrup
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Cut after every 3rd rib about halfway through, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in shallow pan. Bake 1/2 hour. Pour off fat. While ribs are roasting, mix remaining ingredients, let stand to blend flavor. Pour over ribs after 1/2 hour baking. Cook 1 hour more at 350 degrees.
