CHEESY POTATOES 
1/2 bag frozen hash browns
1 c. shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
Cornflake crumbs

Mix all ingredients except cornflake crumbs into bowl and mix thoroughly. Place in quiche baking dish and cover with a layer of cornflake crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
