CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients but corn flakes and butter. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with corn flakes and drizzle with melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
