CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Mix together and put in greased casserole. Top with bread crumbs if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Can put in two smaller casseroles and freeze one for later.
