CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. sour cream (16 oz.)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes (or stuffing crumbs)

Thaw potatoes and combine with 1/4 cup of the butter. Add next 6 ingredients. Pour into buttered 9 x 12 inch pan. Top with corn flakes or stuffing and drizzle 1/2 cup butter over the top.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Serves 3 or 4.
