CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 bag frozen southern style (cube shaped) hash browns 1 can cream of onion soup 1 carton sour cream (16 oz.) Pt. of half and half Salt and pepper Shredded cheddar cheese Thaw hash browns. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together soup, sour cream, half and half, salt and pepper. Cover hash browns and stir to mix thoroughly. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes. |
