MEXICAN MACARONI 
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 c. sour cream
14 oz. can tomatoes or 1 c. fresh tomatoes
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Using a large skillet, brown sausage, onions, and pepper until sausage is no longer pink (about 5 minutes). Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Simmer 20 minutes.
