MEXICAN MACARONI | |
1/2 8 oz. pkg. elbow 1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion 1 green pepper 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 1/2 c. taco cheese Cook macaroni as directed, drain. Brown meat, onion and green pepper (drain fat). Add chili powder, corn, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour sauce over drained macaroni and sprinkle with taco cheese. |
