MEXICAN - STYLE MACARONI 
3 c. uncooked macaroni
1 can chopped green chilies
1 jar diced pimento
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and sauce is hot.
