WESTERN MACARONI ITALIAN STYLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
6 oz. can tomato paste
16 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
4 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 box macaroni and cheese
Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground chuck, onion, celery and green pepper. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to directions. Combine in large casserole dish meat mixture, macaroni and cheese, tomato paste, garbanzo beans, mushroom pieces, water, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake in medium oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is set. Very good with a tossed salad and fresh Italian bread. Excellent reheated if you can manage to have any left over.
