COUNTRY BEEF MACARONI | |
3 cups elbow macaroni noodles 2 cans Ranch Style beans 1 lb ground beef (or any ground meat) 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese (Mexican style or any kind) Brown hamburger meat in a skillet. Meanwhile, boiling macaroni according to package directions. Once both are finished cooking, transfer to a large pot and add both cans of Ranch Style beans. Do not strain; you will need the juice. Cook while stirring in the cheese. Add salt and pepper, as desired, and any other spices you prefer. Submitted by: ali bates |
