MACARONI MEXICAN 
1 lb. ground beef
1 qt. tomatoes
6 c. cooked macaroni
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. chili powder

Brown meat. Add onion, garlic and pepper until tender. Cook macaroni. Add meat, tomatoes and spices. Simmer 20 minutes. Serves 12.
