MEXICAN SHELL MACARONI 
1 pkg. shell macaroni
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. butter
Harley's Texas Style BBQ Seasoning

Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until done. Saute onions, bell pepper, garlic, celery and seasoning in butter. Drain water and add sauteed ingredients to macaroni. Stir together. Serve piping hot. This is a good dish to serve with BBQ.
