RITA'S MACARONI SHELL SALAD 
7 oz. box shell macaroni
1 onion, chopped fine
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
5 radishes, sliced
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1/2 c. stuffed olives

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/4 c. vinegar
Dash salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash red pepper
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Cook macaroni as directed on box, drain, run cold water over; add remaining ingredients. Make dressing by combining all ingredients, but milk and mayonnaise, in a saucepan and heat until thick. Then add milk and mayonnaise and blend well. Stir through salad, and refrigerate for at least one day.
