SHELL MACARONI SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sm. shell macaroni
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. green onions
1/4 c. bell pepper
1 lb. bacon, chopped

DRESSING:

3 eggs
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Set aside. Fry bacon crisp. Add all ingredients including bacon drippings. Prepare dressing. Heat very slowly. Bring mixture to medium thickness. Pour mixture over all content previously prepared. Toss and serve warm or cold.
